| I have made a reservation and just arrived. How can I find my driver? If you have made a reservation your driver will be expecting you, waiting with a signboard that has your party's name on it. If you have arrived off of a flight, please wait inside the aiport - at the luggage claim area, unless you have specified otherwise. |
| Smoking is not an option when you are inside a public place anywhere in Vermont. This includes taxicabs. . When you make a reservation, please make a note if you would like a driver who is a non-smoker. We will gladly oblige you. |
| Is smoking allowed in taxis? |
| J.J. Transit is not a separate service. J.J. Transit is a place for taxicab owners to obtain extra, working, ready-made taxicabs. These cabs are leased to the owners of the companies to use as an extra vehicle when needed. These taxis are an extension of a business. If you have hired a service such as "Everywhere Taxi of Vermont" and see a taxi that says J.J. Transit on the window, you are still riding with the service you hired. |

| Why should I make a reservation? No surprises. Find out about the cost in advance. . Be met inside the airport. Someone will be expecting you, holding a sign with your name on it. If you have special requests you can ask your service about them. You can also have our service pick you up and bring you to BTV, if that's something you need. |
| What does my driver need to know when I hire a taxi? If you have a service dog, if you need assistance because of a disability, if you have any special needs,if you have more than two pieces of luggage per person, if you have small children or infants and do not have a child safety seat or if you have any needs out of the ordinary. Please let us know in advance so we can make the proper arrangements. |

| Your prices are lower than a lot of others. How do you do that? A lot of people wonder that. It's not hard to eliminate huge fares. We don't spend a lot of money on advertising. We don't have a fleet of drivers that we have to pay each week. Our business is small and personal. Our drivers are independent. They own the taxis they drive, for the most part. We all work together as a unit. |
