Reservations for pickups from Goddard college to Burlington, Vermont SHOULD BE SECURED with a major credit card. If you have not made a reservation to travel back with us, but wish to ride at the last minute, you may only get into the van if there are 4 people or less. Cost of a single fare to/from Goddard College is now $100 because the costs of gasoline, insurance, upkeep, etc. are very expensive. Our rideshare rates are as follows: $50 per person for two people (cash-preferred rideshare) $35 per person for three people (cash-only rideshare) $25 per person for four people (cash-only) $20 per person for five (cash-only) Limit 5 people per vehicle *Parties of six will be divided into two parties of three* **PLEASE NOTE: A surcharge of $15 applies to people who want to be picked up from a Burlington area hotel or B&B, rather than BTV. BE ADVISED: AS WITH ANY RIDESHARE PROGRAM WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A RIDESHARE. YOU NEED TO BE SURE TO CONTACT THE PERSON(S) WHO WILL BE SHARING YOUR RIDE AND SPLITTING YOUR FARE TO MAKE SURE YOR RIDESHARE IS STILL IN EFFECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RIDESHARES THAT HAVE MADE BOOKINGS WITH US AND CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE. Groups of six or more will be divided into two vans and pay the price indicated for your group. Large groups being picked up from the airport will be grouped into "threes" or "fours" as people arrive. Some waiting may be necessary,in some cases, because flights can be delayed for a number of reasons. Please be patient...the people on the aircraft have no control over flight delays. We will be picking up from Goddard College at certain scheduled times: the times will be set according to flight departure time. Faculty may be asked to wait after arriving into BTV, but will not be required to wait longer than one hour. Faculty who do not wish to wait must contact us IN WRITING beforehand and we will do our best to make special arrangements. -->**NOTE TO FACULTY/STAFF/SPEAKERS: If you have booked through Corrina's Travel, we are automatically notified and we book you for pick up. If you have alternate transportation (such as renting a car or a friend will be meeting you) and we are not notified, the college will be billed $25 for wait time. It is your responsibility to report to us if you will not be needing our service if you have arranged travel through Corrina's. If we are notified within 12 hours of your alternate transportation plans this will avoid the $25 wait fee. |
| ATTENTION!! Some taxis may pose as part of our shuttles and we cannot guarantee that their rates will be the same as ours. Our service is registered with Goddard College to transport faculty, speakers and staff as well as students.
